Very friendly staff - although there was improvement work on going in the upper floors, it made no difference to the quality of our stay. We were moved into better room because of this. Highly recommended.

Stayed with family

Our room was not ready upon arrival, but the lovely gal who helped us at the front desk was accommodating and felt bad. It did put a damper a bit on our day as we only had one day/night. The rooms are small, but updated. Although location is excellent, the downfall is the noise-trains and sirens during the night. If you can get past that, it’s fine. The bartender Louis was great and mixes an excellent cocktail. Overall I would say this is more a 3.5 star property, not 4 solid stars.

The room was small, but functional. The best part of the property was the location. In the heart of Zurich’s old town, very near the train and bus stations and very very walkable to everywhere.

Hotel is in perfect location just few minutes from train station and easy walking distance to shops and lake Zurich. Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Lovely atmosphere in bar at night. Would definitely recommend.
