Cleanliness was generally okay, but maybe needs more cleaning on small details like in around the pools. There were also some bugs/pests in our room. The stay was good, but just wished for a heated pool for younger kids.

Very nice hotel, not the best but I would consider staying here again. Location is right infront of the Megamall and pretty safe. There’s a 7-eleven downstairs. The only issue at first was that the reception lobby and the building where we are staying are different so we had to ask an attendant to show us the room. But nonetheless, elevators were working well and the room was clean. There’s also a huge ref which is the reason I booked this place. When ordering grab, you’ll have to go downstairs infront of 7-eleven to get them. Negative: The aircon was a bit dirty.
