I fortunately won NT$5000 accommodation voucher from Klook / Lucky Land and it applies to The Carlton. Super great deal!! considering there's daily breakfast included and the hotel is near bus stops. Additional note: there's a cat cafe within 5-min walking distance :)

The hotel is located in the city and is convenient for visiting some places. I wouldn’t say the room was clean enough, but it was okay for the price.
