Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and bedclothes were completely changed after day 4. This is an exceptional service. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They breakfast has a large choice of hot and cold foods. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

El hotel muy bien ubicado y con buenas instalaciones. Muy buen desayuno. La recepcionista de la mañana muy amigable y atenta, la de la noche es lo contrario, de pocos amigos. Pero en general es un hotel que si recomiendo.

The location is the best. The staff is nit friendly. The elevator was down for two days. No tv for three days, the lock doesn’t work.

This hotel is advertised as 4 stars but it barely feels like a 3 star. The lobby smells like smoke, staff barely speaks English, beds are rock solid, and tap water was brown (due to roadworks apparently). Venue looks dated, old, and shifty.
