We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The staff were all very accommodating and welcoming, especially Wendy, who took such great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful experience. They allowed us to check in early, provided complimentary treats, and upgraded our room with a beautiful mountain view. We truly appreciated these thoughtful gestures! Everything was perfect, and our room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of delicious food with options to suit different tastes and nationalities. The hotel is also in a peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently located within walking distance of many popular attractions. Importantly, we had a truly relaxing and memorable stay. We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, and we would absolutely love to come back. Thank you, Wendy and the entire team, for making our stay so special! ❤️

great location just one street over and much quieter. close to everything. they were super nice and let us shower after a long day and before our sleeper bus ride that evening. if im back in Sapa ever again it will be here for the stay.

Everything was better than expected, staff was very friendly, and could efficiently communicate in English. Rooms were clean, spacious and amazing view. Location was perfect, only 3mins from Plaza yet quiet enough from all outside bustle.

Staff was the game changer. All around helpful and done with a smile and great attitude. They really uplifted my overall mood during my trip and provided the safe and relaxing environment I needed. Special thanks and shoutout to the front desk and the restaurant breakfast manager(?)

the hotel was in a perfect location. it was near a lot of restaurants and near sapa station. the room’s view was very nice. breakfast was very great especially the coffee. their staff was very friendly. they offered tea at the lobby which was so great we had to ask for the recipe!

It was so worth it. Travelling 6hours from Hanoi and welcomed with hot tea by their hotel manager David. No wonder this hotel has so many good reviews. The staff are very courteous. They speak good english especially David. As we took an overnight train after our checkout, they even offered to store our luggages and a decent shower room while waiting for our train ride. All in all a very good experience!! They even gave us a take home bahnmi for our trip back to Hanoi. Thank you so much to David and his team. All good words to their awesome service! Keep it up! And awesome views, we can see Fansipan peak direct from our hotel window. 👌
