This place was very clean and the bed/pillows were the best I’ve had ever when traveling! Cute location and boutique hotel.

Great
First good great location and like self parking. Walk to major casinos and surrounding area has vibrant night life. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and wife even had me buy one of their pillows Bad. There was hair in the bathroom and when pulling back sheets a lees to a keg machine fell out. It had obviously gone though wash but they missed it when folding and making the bed just kind of gross with the hair. In the end I’ll probably try it again next time I’m in Reno

What an awesome place to stay! Great location close to nice restaurants and right near the river. The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I loved the vibe of the building

I booked this place based on 9.0 reviews and the photos online because I had never been to Reno. That was all very deceiving. The only thing good was that the guy at check-in was nice. The hotel is straight out of the 70’s and isn’t meant to be decorated retro- that’s how long it has been since anything was updated. The parking was awful, elevators broken and disgusting. We ended up leaving after being in the room 15 minutes. I couldn’t sleep there with the smell of smoke and old mildew. Do not make the same mistake I did & book here. It was a complete waste of $158. Pay extra & stay outside of downtown Reno.

Fantastic

Stayed with partner

Beautiful large room with an awesome view from our room. Nice pool, billard table, great sun deck, fast elevators, newspaper every morning in the lobby. Free parking in a very secure garage. And no resort fee. Too bad that Downtown Reno is so run down with what appears to be homeless and drugged out people. Walk south on the Riverwalk along the Truckee River for a wonderful walk.
