1st room the key wouldn't let us in...2nd room was filthy, tv didn't work, 1/2 of the amenities were missing. 3rd room was ok...dirty, hairdryer didn't work & because of all the problems with the 1st two rooms, we ended up on opposite side of the motel from the friends we were traveling with. Won't stay there again!

The front desk staff were great. The room floor needs to be shampooed badly. It smelled like dog. The bed was clean so we made it work. Wouldn’t recommend but the staff were nice. Cleaning crew needs to rent a carpet cleaner or buy one.

The staff was nice and friendly. There was a bad smell throughout the hotel. The whole place was in need of repair and upkeep. To get new towels you had to take the used ones to the front desk and hope you could exchange for clean ones. One night they ran out and we had to use small towels to shower. The breakfast was okay.

I really wish I could leave a better review because the staff handled the situation professionally. As soon as we entered our room we checked the beds (that is normal for us, we travel a lot) we immediately discovered bedbugs in our bed. We went to the front desk they canceled our stay and processed a refund without giving us any trouble. I appreciate how they responded.
That said, I feel it’s important to warn future guests. Finding bedbugs in a hotel room is a serious issue. Bedbugs don’t just affect your stay—they can travel home in your luggage and become an expensive, time-consuming problem that’s incredibly difficult to eliminate.
I sincerely hope the hotel takes immediate action to thoroughly inspect and treat the problem so future guests don’t have the same experience. While I appreciate the staff’s professionalism, this is an issue that simply shouldn’t happen, and I hope it’s addressed as quickly as possible.
