Fantastic Leblanc properties are excellent and although pricey are worth it. The spa, rooms, beach in Cancun, staff including our butlers were top notch. The French restaurant was 5 star and the other restaurants were good although perhaps our only complaint was that the steakhouse was very average at best. They did not have filet and the steaks we did have were not that good. So that was the only negative.

Good My wife and I were especially excited about the food because of all the praise this resort receives, but it ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of our stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were underwhelming, with food that often seemed old and lacked flavor. Blanc Steakhouse was the worst restaurant we tried. My ribeye was overcooked and tough, and my wife's lobster had a mushy texture more like mashed potatoes than seafood. Yama was our second least favorite. The service was slow, our sushi order was forgotten, and when it finally arrived the fish was warm and unappetizing. The rooftop restaurant was average at best, with the seafood rice and duck confit standing out for all the wrong reasons. Bella and Lumiere were the only restaurants that lived up to expectations and were both excellent. The included wine selection was limited and mediocre, while the coffee and pastries were just average. Activities were nothing special, and the spa was overpriced unless you attended a sales presentation for credits. The main pool also needs more bartenders, as waits of several minutes were common, and premium liquor had to be specifically requested. The poolside ice cream was a highlight. Overall, this was our third all-inclusive resort and, despite being the most expensive, it was easily the most disappointing.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property in Cancun, and while there were some positives, we ultimately rated our experience a 2/5.
The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The property itself was also beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with the pool area being the highlight for us.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the food. To put it bluntly, we thought it was beyond bad. We tried multiple dining options hoping to find something we enjoyed, but the quality was consistently disappointing and nowhere near what we expected from a resort at this price point.
We were also surprised by how little there was to do beyond relaxing at the pool. The clientele seemed to skew older, and while there is nothing wrong with that, the resort had very little energy or entertainment in the evenings. We weren’t looking for a party resort, but some music, shows, or lively evening options would have made a huge difference.
The spa itself was very nice, but the massages were mediocre at best. We spent around $500 and felt the quality did not come close to justifying the price.
Overall, the wonderful staff, attractive property, and great pool were overshadowed by terrible food, limited activities, lack of evening entertainment, and an overpriced spa experience. This may be a good fit for someone looking for an extremely quiet vacation, but for us, it was unfortunately a 2/5 experience.

We loved our week stay at LeBlanc! We spent our days in the SOL pool, Hugo is the best bartender!

There is a person who pressures you at the end of your stay to buy coupons and uses dishonest and unethical sales tactics. I complained to the hotel manager, but they did nothing about it.
