The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again!

Zero facilities. Spa/cafe were closed. Room was not properly cleaned with insects inside especially mosquitoes. Towel and bedsheets were stained and smell. Staffs were friendly. Shower hose was really pathetic.

Its ok but the room was a bit smelly should have sprayed air freshener to neutralise it. The shower holder is broken but was usable

The pool was green and didn’t look inviting.
Aircon had to be regassed as it was not cold and HWS was not working and had to change rooms.
