The owners are very approachable and understanding. They let us early check-in for free considering we arrived early morning from Hanoi. Their breakfast are limited options but they are good and give big servings. All in all, our stay was comfortable and the location is just near the Sapa station and center so its more convenient to buy souvenirs. We booked the room with the view and it is as exactly as shown in their photos.

Good location literally 3 mins walk to sapa station and the staff are amazing. probably a minor thing to improve is the daily housekeeping / replacement of the sheets but still all is well.

very helpful and caring staff. Let us use there shower and get ready for the day before check-in after arriving on the over-night bus early morning. Great atmosphere! cleanliness, would definitely stay there again. They had some adorable little kittens 😸.

The owner got me an upgraded room with a view, and gave me an early check in at 10am instead of their usual 2pm schedule. Had been very helpful during my stay. Very nice location as it is within walking distance to the Sapa City Centre. This is truly a hidden gem! Highly recommended!
