Solo stay

Staff was amazing! Even thought they changed my room to it’s smelling like a damp towel very much. I like mildew change red to another room. It was a nice room nicer room. She always say but it still had that lingering smell. Its unfortunate because i loved that hotel before,i stayed there over 10years ago and it unfortunately needs serious maintenance, and the beds are hard as nails.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Taipei. The room was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. I would always recommend this hotel to everyone and would certainly choose this hotel for any future visits to Taipei.

Swimming pool is summer opening only so we found in early nov in 30 degree heat. Pool is closed. The restaurants featured on the website only some of them are open. The bar is small they have a terrace but its closed for winter despite 30 degree temperatures. We wouldn't recommend as you are paying premium prices for room only hotel doesn't offer the facilties The room keys had to be brought to reception every day of our stay to get them to work, which we found irritating.
