Our only regret staying at the Waters was that we only booked one night! The setting and facilities were phenomenal, and our hosts took such good care of us. We stayed in the Granny Flat, so had our own little hideaway right next to the main building, giving us close access to the bar/lounge and spring, but plenty of privacy too. Had a fantastic full breakfast, and stopped by the nearby Newtown Castle at the Burren College of Art for a visit. Would recommend very highly and would love to go back...a truly special place to stay!

What an amazing and unique find. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, property and amazing staff! The owners, Maria and Wolfgang were present and friendly throughout our stay and the morning breakfast was first rate. I couldn't possibly recommend anyplace more than this. Thank you! We were met by Wolfgang, a very friendly, talkative chap, who showed us all around the common areas of the property and then to our room. The setting is lovely - beautiful Irish countryside - although the drive down the narrow lanes to access the property was a bit hairy. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower and bathroom were adequate. It was such a peaceful place! Unfortunately, we had to leave too early to partake in breakfast.

The only thing we regret about our stay was that it wasn’t longer. The property was beautifully maintained, the service was warm yet not overbearing, the room and amenities were fantastic, the views were stunning, the fresh proper breakfast was restaurant quality, and the self-service bar and holywell water were singular traveling experiences. Thank you Maria and Wolfgang for your thoughtful generous hospitality!

Great! Lovely property, very rustic but absolutely spotless, great shower, great breakfast, and charming owners who clearly put a lot of care into what they provide. Totally worth the price, would stay again.

This place was very different than the standard hotel but not in a bad way. It was gorgeous, cozy, welcoming and out of the ordinary.
