This hotel is truly exceptional! If I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would. The property is spotless, the pool area is perfect, the breakfast is outstanding (so is the wonderful lady who works there), and the location couldn’t be better—it’s conveniently close to the supermarket, shops, great restaurants, the bus stop, and breathtaking views. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. A special thank you to Armando, the shuttle driver, who was absolutely fantastic! The entire team treats guests like family and consistently goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. During our visit, our son unexpectedly ended up in the hospital, and the compassion, kindness, and support we received from the hotel staff meant more to us than words can express! They genuinely cared about our family. If you’re looking for an exceptional place to stay with outstanding service, wonderful amenities, and people who truly care about their guests, this is it! We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would gladly stay here again.

The location is excellent - very close to the amazing caldera views and to the main Fira bus station. The reception staff were the best there is. They were friendly and helpful in every way. Staying at Loizos stylish residences was an excellent choice

Stayed with kids

Very clean room with hospitality environment. The room is nice and modern. They offer very reasonable price to help you transfer between the ferry port /airport and the hotel. The price is way cheaper than Uber, especially we have 5 people with 5 luggage’s that require a big van. They also have nice outdoor pool and sunbed. The hotel inside and outside are both maintained super well. Location is super convenient to all landmarks! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
