Stayed with kids

As we arrived it took around 10 minutes to get seen at check in as there was 1 person at the desk on the phone call. When we got to our room we found the sliding wardrobe door was broken so it was almost impossible to get to the safe. Otherwise the room itself was good and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was fine but was moved from ground floor to 1st floor and no one informed us so it was quite confusing. Also at one point the keycard did not work and we were locked out of our room with a toddler which was stressful. But the staff around the hotel were helpful.

Stayed with friends · For friends and family

I highly recommend this hotel for a half board weekend birthday staycation, it’s worthwhile and worthy. Special thanks to Fatma for organizing the surprise birthday cake and balloons, for Sean at the reception, Chef Jamal at Somaya restaurant, housekeeping & Taj, thank you all.

A relatively small hotel by Dubai standards but well presented and ideally located. The staff at all levels went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming, with several approaching during our stay to introduce themselves. A great rapport was established. Excellent room quality and a good level of facilities. Breakfast had an extensive range available, with Yasser and team offering choice from around the world. An excellent stay.
