Booked room with Lanai Balcony, given room without balcony as reception explained that my room had been allocated to someone else. Lift was broken so my wife who uses a stick to walk had to climb 4 fights of stairs to second floor. I had to carry all luggage up the stairs. I I had been informed the lift was not working. I would have booked elswere. The room was clean and compact but excellent for the price, although no balcony as booked and no working lift ruined my visit.

I normally rank this hotel as good, excellent for a one night stay on the way south. However this time I felt a little let down by the pod bathroom. It needed renewing,visibly scuffed and dirty and only one third of a toilet roll. On the whole the hotel is good for the price
