it's just like a normal hotel and the room rate is cheap

Overall, the stay was good. The room and service met expectations. However, the toiletries and towels need improvement. The towels were quite dark and had visible stains, which affected the experience.

The place is really good for its price. When we arrived, the staff were welcoming and the check‑in was smooth. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, with fresh sheets, towels, and basic toiletries ready for us. It felt cozy and safe, which was all we needed after a tiring trip. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because breakfast was included in our stay. However, on the first morning, there was a bit of confusion. When we went down to have breakfast and gave our room number, the staff initially said that our booking didn’t include it. We were surprised because we had confirmed this during check‑in. They asked us to wait for a couple of minutes while they checked their system. It turned out there was a small glitch. After a short wait, they came back with a smile, confirmed that our breakfast was indeed included, and apologized for the delay. That quick and polite resolution made us feel valued as guests. The breakfast itself was simple but satisfying.

Place is clean. my only problem is when i turned on the shower. Bad smell appear. not a problem

Courteous and helpful staff… clean place, near or walking distance to restos and convenience stores.

We stayed here in December after we arrived from Boracay. It was a nice experience. Repeat customer.
