Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 55 minutes via a flight to Kooddoo domestic airport and then 5 minutes by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways/FlyMe between 10 AM and 11:30 PM. Guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee at check-out. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

All-inclusive rates are available at this resort. Meals and beverages at onsite dining establishments are included in all-inclusive rates. Charges may be applied for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities. Grab a bite to eat at one of the resort's 2 restaurants, or stay in and take advantage of the 24-hour room service. Snacks are also available at the coffee shop/cafe. Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. Unwind at the end of the day with a drink at the bar/lounge or the poolside bar. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.
