Great We thought the hotel
Itself was very nice. We were able to park I the deck even with a bigger truck though it was a bit cumbersome coming down. Street cars are easily accessible. The casino was a lot of fun and just across the street but an underground tunnel takes you right to it. Would definitely go back.

Great There is no resturant other than Ruth’s Chris in the hotel. Have to go to Caesar’s for eats, where the choices are limited. No pool of bar either. Expensive compared to other properties. Proximity to casino is a plus, however.

Fantastic The Casino was a disappointment because you can't win on the slots. The bonuses don't show bonus wins. The bonuses aren't much better than the amount you bet. The best time to play the slots at the Casino is at night, because it seems like you have a better chance of winning at night. There is only one Casino, that being the Caesars. The Harrah's is just an additional hotel to stay at. The Caesars bought the Harrah's. If you want your room cleaned everyday of you have to call housekeeping. If you need to use the business center you need to call and let them know ahead of time otherwise the computer's won't work. They are kept on power saving mode and won't wake up until they release them. The room we had was beautiful and the king size bed slept comfortably. You'll need a sweater or jacket to walk around the hotel or to play in the Casino because their air conditioning is on blast. So, it's colder than what a northerner is used to.

Great My only complaints were that the lighting in the bathroom was not good and the water would not get warm, much less hot.

Fantastic The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay there and plan to stay there again during my next trip to NOLA.
