GreatStayed with partner
Always enjoy staying here. Location is fantastic. Value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Runs like a well-oiled machine.

Fantastic It was cozy. Not fancy but just right for us. It is in a great location to use as a base for the whole area. We appreciate the laundry and having our own kitchen. The hot pools and cold pool were an attraction and out the back there is a path to a beach on the lake. Good value for the money.

FantasticStayed with kids
I've been to other accommodation within Rotorua and this is my favourite. I love the mineral hot pools here that are filled up every day. The minerals in these pools are great for you rather than soaking in chlorine. The tiny cute walk to the lake is lovely too and very short walk/drive to the shops. Will most definitely return again and again. Thanks : - )

GreatStayed with partner
Room was very clean, and well kept. Hot tubs available for use, as well as a "hangi" with cooking instructions. Showers had great water pressure, and lots of hot water. Rooms were a little dated, but well kept, and decent amenities.

GoodStayed with family Ā· For leisure
We loved the hot springs tubs and pool, and appreciated the laundry facilities. Overall the facilities are worn and dated and the menās bathroom was dirty. For the price this was still a good valueāour room was clean and dry and had a small kitchenette, but wouldāve appreciated cleaner facilities.
