First of all as per the size of room AC should be at least 1.5 tonnes but it was of 1 tone due to which it takes time to cool the room. At least 1 house keeping staff should be there at night. Can put chairs of better quality alongwith a round table due to which it would be more pleasant to sitting there. In my room there was cracks on wall should have fixed it. Terrace was closed for renovation, missed view of open sky, please wind up the work as seen as possible.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn鈥檛 wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Location is really strategic at the center of Pantai Cenang, Easy access to seaside with tons of shop lots around to shop for souvenir and food hunting. The staff is friendly enough and giving us clear instruction and willing to wait up late for us for late check in by the counter without prior notice as out flight was delayed. The cleanliness of the room is acceptable and daily room service is provided. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.
