Proximity to Corio Bay for walking & relaxing park views + we could see the bay from our balcony spa unit :-) Lift gave excellent access to upstairs unit and quite bedroom with firm mattress (preferred). Great shower and handy microwave for warming breakie (BYO). Modern amenities and excellent value for money.

Staff at reception were friendly, room was clean and nicely done, but. Fan in bathroom extremely noisy and takes 2 minutes to shut itself off after switching off, very annoying late at night, could only get channel 9 , 92 93,94,95,96. Nearly all other channels wouldn’t connect. No instructions on how to use foxtel, as we don’t have it at home had no idea how to connect to it. No information on what was to eat in the area, no take away, restaurants etc bedside lamp didn’t work. Very disappointed

Great location with friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with windows that open. Burger Plus which is in the shopfront downstairs has great food options for lunch and dinner.
