Cafe for breakfast has been improved compare the last time we were here before. Kids loved the private pool. Suggest to add locks to the bathroom and toilet in the guest room. Room can accommodate for 4 but the breakfast is only for 2, what’s with that? Equipment for activities seems to have improved (eBike around hotel compound).

We had an enjoyable weekend here. The staff was helpful and the breakfast spread was great in selection. The private pool and sauna were the ones we enjoyed the most. I have also mentioned that we were there to celebrate birthday so we received a complimentary bday cake from the team. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely pay a visit again!

We enjoyed the quick and courteous service from the front desk, bellmen, and room service. That said, the pool inside the room was smaller than expected, and bike rentals seemed expensive for 30 minutes. The restaurant could improve its cleanliness—we spotted a small cockroach and lots of flies—and the serving staff could be a bit more prompt.

Unique in the sense that it has a big hibiscus layout of the villa. We kinda have the bird's eye view on sky pool villa. Like the big bfast spread. Though facilities looks older, but still overall pretty well maintained. Staff were OK. Hopefully the facilities will get upgraded for lexis Hibiscus 2

Hotel room was clean except for the toilet which seems to emit foul odor. Despite not having food we notice there are ants on the table and the pool chair. The door latch came out all of a sudden as per the picture. Breakfast was honestly lacking. As compare with similar resorts ie Parkroyal, the sausage is not regular smoked or white and its bland, ham is soaked in salty onion, repatitive dished ie nasi lemak in tray and packet, glutionous rice in tray and lotus leaf. Scramble egg is mushy and too much milk. The Indian sauces are not up to mark. Coffee in pot and machine are also tasteless probably using inferior beans. Lastly the fly problem and the need to place a candle on the table. We saw a packet of nasi lemak caught fire! If this was a paying breakfast @ RM75 then it's defintely not worth it. Facilities: There are a lot of space in the beach but unfortunately lack of games. The recreational could have been better and more interesting for family.
