This stay was my favorite in Cusco, as the property was clean, staff was professional, but it still gave me family owned vibes. Every staff was personable and helpful, even carrying our luggage up the stairs on our first day because we were so winded due to the altitude. There is no elevator at this property just a heads up. The breakfast provided was small but did the job, the 24/7 tea was also really helpful. If I were to come to Cusco again I would stay here for the entirety of the trip.

The rooms and the whole hotel were extremely clean. The staff were very professional and all were most polite and jelpful. Nalli Alexander, Frank, and Michael were all exemplary check-in/front-desk staff. They were so helpful and kind and extremely respectful.Always happy to answer wuestions and look up information. The character of the hotel is very charming. Wuiet as well. Of special note were the showers. I have never had such a wonderful shower. Great water pressure and loads of hot water. The location is great. Close to the city centre and all sorts of activities ... all within walking distance. Highly recommended.
