Nice hotel but they could do better if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is not just a door knob card. It keeps dropping down everytime when I open the door

Poor service! Before I left the hotel yesterday evening I specifically told the front office staff to send a housekeeper to clean my room but when I was back nothing was done
