Staff were friendly but the room was very dirty. Old socks were left under the bed, sheets were stained, shower was filthy with mold all around and every surface you touch is either sticky or greasy. Also no AC so the room gets very hot.

I hate to do this but it was not a good experience at all. The area surrounding the hotel was not ideal, especially when two girls are traveling. We felt like we were being watched by these men on every corner. There are apparently brothels nearby (which makes complete sense). The room was not super clean, it looked like they swept all the stuff into a corner of the room. There was hair on the beds, the toilet had looked like someone died in it, and just wasn’t very clean. Our in-room safe did not work as well. We tried to speak to the staff about the concerns and felt dismissed. We left after being there for an hour. We were told to call to potentially get a refund, we proceeded to call, they answered and put me on hold and then hung up. Once we were able to get a hold of them, they just yelled at us to send them an email. Overall, staff is unfriendly, rooms are dirty, and just not safe at all. Please don’t waste your time here.

Room was clean, shower ok, bed was comfy. Area was a little ropey with large numbers of males standing around and staring at two females on their own.
The door to our side of the hotel kept being left open by the takeaway below by showing a heavy weight in front of the door which made it feel a little less safe.
the smell from the takeaway below permeated the room constantly and we were on the 3rd floor! Whilst not unpleasant (garlic and onions lol) my clothes and hair smelt of same in the morning :(
Ok for a brief stop if you just need to get your head down for one night, didn’t feel comfortable walking around in the early evening to find a place that wasn’t a kebab shop nearby…

Hotel is perfectly located from the main train station and Marin platz and convenient stores around the corner staff were very very nice and helpful. But it’s only a for a transit stay meaning there are no full curtains to cover the sun when you wake up plus there isn’t air conditioning it’s only a fan in the room

room was clean and as described. not the fanciest but the reception area was helpful and always available. for the price point and location it was a good deal and above expectation. distance from metro station made hotel always great due to time to get to any location in the city. lidl is 1 minute away and coffe shop across the street.

The property is near rail station. Rooms I got was clean however there is Donor kabab shop on ground floor and the smell of food in room was bothering me.
Rest good stay, near by food shops , grocery, bakery, cafe…. Very convenient.
