Fantastic
Great location close to Central Park with a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The room was well designed to make a small room feel larger, there is space to put all your stuff so you did not feel cluttered during your stay. The room was very quiet, I did not hear any neighboring rooms, anything outside, or the elevator. Delicious continental breakfast in the morning.

Our room was clean and quiet. We arrived early and they waived early arrival fee so we had access to room early. Close to Central Park and subways. Will definitely go there again when we visit . Also had snacks available and a nice wine and cheese event in the evening.

I am SO glad we stayed here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower was great and we actually had counter space (hard to get in some NYC hotels). The air worked great and it was QUIET. It's a tall, thin hotel and each floor only has 4 rooms, so it really kept things quiet. The location was ideal for us (near Central Park and walking distance from Times Square/Broadway) with lots of very close subway/bus access. The daily breakfast and access to snacks and good drinking water really made the trip so much nicer for us. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
