FantasticStayed with kids
Our room was so spacious, fresh, and clean! Plenty of outlets for charging our devices, an open floor plan so our kiddos didn’t feel so boxed in, and a breakfast in the morning was included (and good)! We love Hampton Inn and will always be faithful customers !

FantasticStayed with family
The staff the night of check-in was amazing, went above and beyond, even moving us to another room for reason unrelated to the hotel. My wife was having hip survery and the room set up was perfect for her.

Below averageStayed with kids
My one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or quality of room. Charging a guest $10 a night just to park in basically a public lot. They didn't even take my vehicle info. This is a money grab and will end up costing this location valuable customers. I have stayed at this specific location for over 7 years when our family member was hospitalized at Duke Hospital. I hate to change, but this is just totally unacceptable….i demand reasonable value for where I spend my money! Hope they change this soon…..I would love to get back to staying there!

GoodSolo stay
The room was clean, but half of the outlets didn’t work, and the carpet near the bed smelled like urine. Since I was staying in an accessibility room, I suspect someone simply couldn’t reach the bathroom in time. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it’s first come, first served. As long as you return before evening, you should be able to secure a parking spot in front of the building. However, there are only about 20 of those spots, so if you don’t get one, you’ll have to park in the back, which I found a bit uncomfortable as a woman. I ended up parking on the side for a while, but fortunately, there’s a side entry door that I quickly accessed. The night lights are bright enough to ensure my safety as I enter alone.
The breakfast didn’t particularly appeal to me. It consisted of basic scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, along with a few different muffins and cereal. If you’re looking for toast and bagels, this isn’t the right hotel for you. However, if you’re on a family vacation and don’t want to pay for your first meal of the day, I think it’ll work just fine.
