My wife and I travel to Southern California frequently, and the Hampton Inn & Suites is always our preference. On this trip, we were visiting friends in Palmdale, CA, and decided to stay at the property there. The location is fantastic — every store and restaurant, and pretty much anything you might want or need, is just a short distance away. I also wanted to personally highlight the excellent service we received from the Front Desk Supervisor named Clinae. She truly understands what great customer service looks like and gave us A+ treatment from start to finish. Her welcome was warm and heartfelt, and she was incredibly helpful with information about the area. Throughout our stay, she greeted us with a genuine, welcoming smile that made us feel right at home. Rosa, from the hospitality team, also deserves recognition for the great service she provided during our stay. And a big thank you to all the staff who took care of the breakfast service each morning; everything was well presented, well stocked, and handled with real care and attention. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area!
