Room was clean. Staff were courteous. For a three-star hotel it looks like it is run on a shoe-string budget. Room had no microwave, or coffee-maker or fridge. One tissue roll in the toilet. And the walls could have something more relaxing than some letterings on the low ceiling when you stare up in bed.

The staff was great! I Stayed recently, and I liked it. The breakfast was decent. Room service cleaned my room everyday, and they had a happy hour, 2x1 cocktails from 5PM-7PM. The standard room doesnt have a mini fridge, which I think would've made the room better. Also, I think they need to update their sheets and maybe the lobby where you check in. Other than that, I thought it was good for the value, and I felt pretty safe in that neighbourhood.

Let’s start with the positive, the breakfast staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable.
The staff at the front desk indifferent. When we checked in we were given our room key with no information on where breakfast was and when, wifi, amenities. They never acknowledged us upon arrival or departure in the entire week we were there.
The breakfast staff were pleasant but they quite often ran out of food. Breakfast started at 7 and went until 12. We often arrived at 8, but they were out of bread and fruit by then.
The housekeeping were not quite up on refilling soaps and shampoos. We even left the lid off the soap dispenser in the shower, but they just put the cap on it without refilling it.
The walls are paper thin. We were unlucky enough to have some very noisy neighbours and we were constantly woken up by them either coming in late at night, or talking on their phones.
At the end of the day I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
