All the staff were very nice and commendable especially the people in the front desk and the buffet. Me and my family had an amazing stay in their comfortable and spacious family rooms. This is a great place to stay near the city center. As a parting gift they also gave us bananas and water. We'll definitely come back again when we visit Sapa next time.

Just got home and miss Sapa already! And if ever I have a chance to visit again, I would still want to stay in this hotel. All the staff are friendly, they made our stay so comfortable and they serve good and delicious food. They speak english too.

We had a very memorable stay at this hotel. The receptionists are very accommodating and friendly, especially Ms. Mau. The rooms are superb, very comfortable and cozy. They even upgraded one of our rooms. They also regularly gave us tea and fruit, even as we left. Thank you Sapa Praha hotel for a memorable stay!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a family of 5 we enjoyed the hospitality and hotel service. The room is big nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious. They always offer their complimentary home brewed tea and some fruits. They also give take away bottled water and fruits during our check out. Over all experience, i highly recommend this place. Transport access is just near sapa central. service: 10/10 hotel location: 8/10 breakfast:9/10 cleanliness:9/10 transport access:8/10

The room was great and spacious. The staffs are also accomodating. They have given us free banana and bottled water when we are catching our trip to Hanoi. The food there was also scrumptious. When I visit SaPa again, will go back to this hotel
