The good: maintenance brought in a fan to cool the room further The bad: old mattress, lumpy pillows, and holes in the sheets. At $1700 for three nights I expect great bedding!

This hotel is in a great location and had a great look and feel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, but I do have a suggestion for the hotel that might help to take it to the next level. We were given some vouchers for a free breakfast each morning, but the free breakfast only came with one cup of coffee. You pay for refills. Like most people, I need at least two cups of coffee each morning to get me started. Free coffee seems to be pretty standard at most hotels. I know that the price of coffee has gone up, but this is a four-star hotel and should act like one. I would suggest that you offer free coffee and use real plates and utensils (not plastic ones) at breakfast. Other than that, everything was great.

good location but all the rest is avrage and some of the services are poor (like the embarrassing breakfast). this is 4 stars hotel not a hostel , i was expecting higher level
