What a great property! It is directly in the heart of OB with a beautiful view of the ocean with viewing decks on all 3 levels to sit and watch the sunset. If you are familiar with Ocean Beach, you will know this property is an exact reflection of this town. Natural, simple, easy going and laid back with that beach town vibe. We have stayed here several times and it has everything you need to get by and in walking distance to all your OB and Newport favorites! <3

We had the balcony view could see the ocean had the windows open all night, listening to the waves very clean and the staff was helpful when we needed assistance

It was an okay experience. I felt like our room was very small and we were having issues with our TV. Definitely an older hotel. Overall I would give it 2/5 stars. The two gentlemen that worked there on Saturday were very friendly and helpful but other than that we most likely will not be coming back.

Great location, was super noisy from the people out the beach playing drums loud music. Room could have been cleaner hair stuck on the bathroom wall also looked like blood spots on the bathroom floor. Staff was great though but I learned the hard way you don’t want to stay in the rooms that smack in front of the stairs too much coming and going right in front of your hotel door.
