The main parking garage was down so we had to park somewhere else which wasn’t convenient at all. They want to hold $100 for any damages that may occur while you’re staying there. The first night out we had to get a different room due to the refrigerator not working and the pull out couch was broke and had a pee stain on it

This place listed a bar did not have one! No good walking distance restaurants! Potbelly closed at 4 went to CJ MUG staff was rude! On the way walking there had to past a BAIL bonding place with crazy looking people! NO BODY EVER MENTIONED THIS ON THE REVIEW! DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Did not walk that way again! Trying to avoid going in and out the garage! If you come back late NO SPOTS ON FLOOR F! You park any other level you had use the stairs! The STAIRS ARE SO SO SO NASTY I FELT UNSAFE LOOK LIKE PEOPLE DO DRUGS IN THE STAIRCASE THATS HOW Nasty! Shower had old hair in it was not cleaned! After I booked they said the pool WAS closed and wud not be available! Safe did not work in my room! Only good thing is the BREAKFAST WAS good would have been amazing if the restaurant was clean looking I guess they do a thorough cleaning after they closed! DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN or RECOMMEND!

A very well maintained hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent location conveniently located for any purpose in Clayton or adjacent University City. Many quality restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel includes a really good full breakfast. Ramp parking is attached. Two big thumbs up.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. They even stored an ice cream cake for us until we were ready to enjoy it. We will definitely stay here again when in St. Louis.

My husband and I love this hotel, the breakfast is excellent.

AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. As a guest of the hotel using the outdoor pool there is a swim under barrier from the indoor and the outdoor pool . Not everyone is aware of being able to swim under it. We observed a parent not "knowing" where his kids disappeared to the other day..which is very very dangerous...SIGNS SHOULD BE POSTED ON BOTH SIDES TO ALERT PARENTS OT THE AREA SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT.. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED..

Room was updated and well maintained. Free breakfast with made to order waffles and omelette was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was close and convenient for hotel access. Staff was very friendly.

I found the staff to be most helpful and so very kind!
