Solo stay

the airconditioning wasn't working properly and they gave me a credit right away.. you learn a lot about how well a hotel is run by how they handle complaints and this one was excellent... would def stay there again

Great location, beautiful hotel with elegant décor, and a very friendly staff. They were kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

Honestly, we have stayed at the Eliot Hotel many times and love the staff there and the proximity to places we need to go. Overall, the air-conditioning unit didn’t seem to work well and the room was very damp. I did let staff know about this as we were leaving and they said they would have maintenance fix it. We also had four people in a room with a pullout couch and one bed and when we got there, the pullout couch did not have sheets or blankets on it. Staff was friendly and immediately responded to our room with sheets, etc. Not their best showing. I also really miss the old Bellman. He was very friendly.

The Eliot Hotel has a romantically elegant boutique vibe laced with 100 years of historical significance in our great city of Boston. What better “staycation”hotel to stay at while celebrating our nations 250th anniversary… Amazing on site restaurant(UNI), and even more amazing hotel staff members… we can’t wait to go back💙
