Great budget hotel. Near Senado Square. Very clean rooms. Just note there's no bidet in restrooms. Staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. They always replenish hotel items. Two free bottled water everyday. They also allow you to leave luggage before and after check out. Will recommend to any first-timer in Macau.

Over all, I can say that our stay was so good. all the staffs were kind, approachable and helpful. The hotel is near bus station and at Senado square. Also, they understand english well. Will come back soon

Great experience. It is accessible to transportation, near Senado Square, with good accommodation, cleanliness, and staff. This is great for Filipino travelers as there is a Filipino store nearby.

London hotel is our place to go again and again each time we visit Macau. it is very near the tourist spots and the staff is helpful and friendly. the rooms are clean: we have tried several rooms in different floors on different bookings, and all are spotless clean toiletries are complete, housekeeping staff maintain cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms have hot and cold water, has water dispenser at the ground floor, but staff at the reception generously give water bottles each time we ask. hotel location: walking distance to restaurants, stores transport access:very accessible. you just need to walk a few steps to the bus station cleanliness: clean and fragrant, towels are replaced when you request, bathrooms are clean, bedsheets and all over the room, it's really very clean service: staff are friendly

Loved my stay here, it was clean, pretty, and great value for the price. It’s just a short walk to Senado Square, with a park, stores, and a bus stop nearby. The staff were very helpful and even assisted me with booking a taxi to the airport. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay. I’d happily come back.

The hotel is very clean. I eas assigned to room 409 so if you will ride on the elevator may stairs pa before the room assigned, pero maiksi or mababa lang naman yung stairs
