The shower head was usable but broken and the curtain hooks were broken so wouldn't block daylight properly. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

My family and I had a fantastic one-night stay while attending the UK Games Expo at the NEC Birmingham. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The quality of service throughout my stay was excellent, and the food was really tasty, and delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day at the expo. This is our second stay and would highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

This was such a great family hotel. Family room was spacious and lovely set up. The kids loved the swimming pool (which offered towels which helped with luggage and washing when we got home!). Breakfast had a great selection and of good quality too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms and amenities are fine. Very disappointed with the a number of beers gone off /the lines not been cleaned. Viability of reception was poor.

The room was nice air conditioning was great as a very hot weekend, lots of choice at breakfast staff were all friendly. The only area that was needing attention was the garden area outside of the bar overgrown and unkept patio area was littered with rubbish and cigarette butts. Parking charges were additional extra $20 for 2 nights, I guess it stops outside people parking but should be included for guests as you register your car at check in.
