Room was clean and in a convenient Location. Didn’t like not having a working TV the first night.

Decent place to stay especially if u have a dog

This has always been my go to when I'm visiting water country or Busch garden! There very accommodating respectful & clean I 109% recommend

The property was a great option for visiting Water Country USA. Busch Gardens was also reasonably close, though my daughters were not interested in going. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were decent, though the breakfast room was often filled and it was nearly impossible to maintain stock of breakfast items during breakfast hours. Though this is likely to be expected in a large hotel that is in close proximity to theme parks in the summer months. Also, while there, our toilet repeatedly backed up but not due to typical reasons. Often just a piece of toilet paper would do it. Additionally, while in the hallway one day I noticed that other guests were requesting the use of a plunger from the staff. So, our issue with the toilet did not seem to be isolated to our room.

really dirty hotel. will never ever stay there again. The breakfast was very cheesy too. bad bad bad feeling overall.

We arrived a little early and were informed that we could not check in until exactly 3:00 p.m. I have never experienced that before. With a hotel of that size, surely there were rooms available at 2:15. Any time I’ve arrived at a hotel within an hour of check in time, I’ve been allowed to check in.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. At check-in, the hotel appeared understaffed. We had to wait in a long line while the receptionist was not only handling guests but also training a new staff member at the same time, which made the process slow and inefficient. The room itself was very underwhelming. Aside from a newly renovated bathroom, the rest of the space felt small and poorly designed. The furniture was cheap, and there was very little storage space—no proper drawers or sufficient hangers to store clothes or belongings comfortably. Cleanliness and facilities also need improvement. The public bathroom behind the front desk had a noticeable unpleasant smell, which affected the overall impression of the hotel’s hygiene standards. Breakfast was another weak point. On both mornings, the selection was very limited, and there were no fresh fruits available at all, even basic items like bananas, which was disappointing. Service was also poor. On one afternoon, we returned to the hotel around 4pm and found that no room service had been provided. We were told housekeeping had already finished for the day. When we requested fresh towels, we were initially asked to bring the used towels down to the front desk to exchange for the new ones, which felt very unprofessional for a hotel. After we declined, another staff member did eventually acknowledge the issue and provided towels to our room. Not recomended!

Shower door leaked some. Besides that all was cool.

Just ok. Not terrible. Shower didn’t even have a shelf for soap, shampoo etc. It needs updating. Bathroom is really small.
