Fantastic
Hotel Lucia is located in a very walkable area in downtown Portland. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and offered local suggestions for our stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated as soon as you walk into the premises and our room as well. The bedding was super comfortable and very lush. The shower essentials Klur were amazing and left my hair and skin super soft. There was a Nespresso in our room which is such a deluxe upgrade. Parking wasn’t bad as we found a parking structure across the hotel that charges $28. It is very secure and highly recommend if you don’t want to pay for valet. We stayed for one night only but highly recommend Hotel Lucia. 11/10!

Below average
The hotel was okay, very thin walls, you could hear EVERYTHING. Every toilet flush or shower running sounded like the pipes were going to burst through the walls. The restaurant was not open. In all. The pictures DID NOT represent the actual vibe of the place. It was a sad, underwhelming experience accompanied by a large number of the unhoused community.

Fantastic
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Clean room. Not much shelf space for bags or items in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very soft pillows. Nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning. And beer/NA beverages in the afternoon. Right in the middle of downtown, which right now is not the greatest neighborhood (many shuttered businesses).

Great
Always clean and comfortable with pillow top beds and centrally located. Only minor issue this time was being across the street at roof level from a building running giant AC units all day and night which had a bit of a hum. Not avoidable I guess but also not great if you don't love constant white noise.
