I like the view and of course I like the amenities, but one thing I did not like was getting items out of the refrigerator and removing the Pepsi to see what was behind it and getting charged $45 I thought that was very tacky and un classy of the hotel to send me a bill of $45 when all I did was take out two Red Bulls and a Pepsi and when I called the manager, I didn’t appreciate his tone. I had to end up going downstairs to talk to them for them to reimburse that money I’ve been staying there for over 15 years. I can’t say I really had a problem, but this visit I will say it was not the best customer service.
