The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and that’s honestly the only positive thing I can say about our stay.
Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The staff were consistently rude and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. Our room’s air conditioning did not work for our entire stay. We reported it multiple times, and each time we were told someone would come fix it—but no one ever did. Sleeping in a hot room in Punta Cana is unacceptable.
The food was average at best, and dinner at the buffet was extremely frustrating. We had to wait in line for about an hour just to get in. On top of that, check-in was a nightmare. After traveling all day, we waited two hours before we were finally given our room.
This was, without a doubt, my worst resort experience in Punta Cana. I would not return, nor would I recommend this resort to anyone unless major improvements are made to their customer service, maintenance, and overall operations.
I rarely leave negative reviews, and this is actually the first time I’ve felt compelled to do so. I don’t enjoy criticizing businesses, but I would be doing future guests a disservice if I stayed quiet instead of providing honest feedback. I genuinely hope management takes these concerns seriously because the property has so much potential.
