Good
Stayed here overnight due to early morning flight from Luton Airport, room was relatively clean, there was a lot of cosmetic damage, broken plastic covers etc but everything was bodged and working. I was thankful for working Aircon. Short walk to city centre and interchange for frequent buses to the airport.

1/5 – Avoid this hotel Staying at this hotel was one of the worst decisions I've made. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the hotel was poorly maintained. The reception lobby had no air conditioning, and I was told that the AC on the first and second floors was also out of order but would be fixed by 6:00 pm. It never was. I was first given a room on the second floor that was absolutely filthy. It was dirty throughout and even contained someone else's clothes, which shows it hadn't been cleaned properly before I checked in. After complaining, I was moved to another room with air conditioning, but the unit ran constantly and couldn't be turned off. I had to call reception just to get it switched off. The replacement room was still grimy and in poor condition, and the bathroom was tiny, dirty, and in desperate need of a deep clean. The overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was completely unacceptable. This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly won't be returning. This version is firm, factual, and credible, which tends to have the most impact on review platforms.

Horrible place, shouldn't be called a hotel. Dilapidated, broken bed and when I complained they were very rude and defensive. Broken shower, amenities terrible.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travellers or anyone unfamiliar with the area. We arrived late at night as a couple, and even the walk from the station to the hotel felt very uncomfortable. There were drunk people around, including someone who approached and bothered us, and the area felt unsafe and unsettling. The most serious issue happened at check-in. We were given a key card and a room number, but when we opened the door, there were already guests inside the room relaxing. Both we and the other guests were shocked. Thankfully, they were calm and understanding, but this could have become a very serious situation. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly quite disturbing. After returning to reception, we were given another room. However, the room itself was also disappointing. We booked for two people, but there was only one towel. The shower holder was broken, so we had to hold the shower by hand the entire time. The bathtub and sink looked very old, poorly maintained, and not properly clean. Overall, this was far from a comfortable stay. Between the unsafe feeling around the hotel, the serious room key mistake, and the poor condition of the room, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

BED BUGS INFESTATION. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. Full of dust and dump. This hotel claims to be 3 stars. I was travelling with a kid. The next day I woke up with full of bites from this bugs.

For business

This is a halfway house for druggies! We had 5 rooms for workers and they refused to stay another night!! First night one of the guys had a spaced out girl just randomly come in to his room and sat on his bed.
