Great

Superior Room Ā· 1 Adults Ā· 1 Nights

Close to One Ayala. Maybe 5-8mins walk through SM Makati. Head towards Arnaiz Ave and the hotel is on the right. The room feels a bit dated and the sheets and towels have some stains. Did not bother me much, I just noticed. šŸ˜… No unpleasant smells, even in the bathroom. The toilet has an after flush noise and some noise as well when trying to fill the bathtub. The bath tub feels a bit small for me and the water pressure is weak. What bothers me most though was the "view" outside the window which was another building that looks abandoned/old/dirty. I didn't dare open the curtains overnight. The aircon works well. My room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator button for level 2 is "out of order" so I just used the stairs. The staff are approachable and friendly! For almost 3k pesos overnight, it's ok. The room is a twin bedroom.

It should be noted that the Crown Hotel is not a 5-star hotel. All employees, service staff, and check-in personnel are extremely friendly and reliable. The location is excellent, and all attractions are nearby. A good alternative for those on a budget. Dirk Weinrich

Fantastic

Superior Double Room Ā· 2 Adults Ā· 1 Nights

i had to stay in Makati for 3 days, last minute. I booked 3 different hotels but among the budget-friendly hotels, this one tops them all. Great location. Super close to Dusit hotel where my principal guest are staying. Close to SM Makati, OneAyala, and so on. My only issue is the parking.
