the room is on the smaller side but bed was comfortable and the district is quiet at night but still safe to walk aback. Was puzzled to see the toilet and bathing area is glass covered and the blinding curtain is on the outside. 5-7 minswalking distance to the nearest station and there is a shopping street and night market nearby too. there is a weighing scale in the lobby definitely a plus

don’t have laundry in the hotel, got to walk 10 mins to the dobi, we stayed at level 6 but there are some stairs which is not convenient with luggage need to carry the luggages up, room is small but bathroom too big, close to the station and bus stop

My room is relatively small with limited storage and workspace, but impeccable cleanliness and fantastic staff, made up for it! A cozy stay with great service, though don't plan on spreading out work documents.

breakfast: none hotel location: excellent cleanliness: good transport access: walking distance service: no hot water in the early morning. Usually there is hot bath water around 7am. No bidet unfortunately

Nice hotel, nice room, good amenities (but no toothbrush, so please bring one), clean, nice location (very close to the Beimen station, and the main bus station), and good customer service. Defo recommend and will be back.

very noise room. when I told them about the noise the said I should had book a room with no window. location is good. service was alright. but the noise level is just too much for me

We loved our room. It was immaculately clean and we had a restful sleep each night. They cleaned our room, refilled the bottled water each day, as well supplied fresh bath towels each day. :) The staff were courteous and helpful. It was near Beimen Station, and with only a few minutes walk, easily accessible to the Airport Express Line and of course, the Main Taipei Station. Added bonuses: There is a 7/11 downstairs, Family Mart across, and an awesome rice ball stall across the hotel as well! No doubt when we go back to Taiwan, we will book at City Suites - Beimen again. :)
