The hotel was in a good location and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tatty but clean. The view was not great out of the window - looking out on a neighbouring building and emergency exit, The provided toiletries were lovely and having a smart tv so you could log into Netflix was welcome. I can’t really comment on staff as our interaction was minimal as we did everything through the AeroGuest app. I would recommend but feel the room was somewhat dated.

We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed with the executive lounge on the first night, for which we had paid extra. Wine and beer were available, but the snacks had been depleted and not replenished. Also on the first and second nights, our room number was not verified to see if we should be in the lounge. Other than the availability of wine and beer, I’m not sure it is worth paying extra for the lounge.

Great location, but the hotel allows guests to smoke at the entrance / exit of the hotel. Everytime you enter / exit the hotel, you get a face full of smoke. Hotel needs to address this with a different designated smoking area. My only negative.

Breakfast was outstanding, though pricey, but so is all else in Copenhagen. A vast selection of foods including local favourites, and even Quebec maple syrup!

The Square is in the heart of the Copenhagen. Metro is right there to use to go to airport. I just wish the room was a tad bigger but it’s ok. Recommend to anyone.

Great
Hotel location is good. Close to radhusplasen metro and Tivoli gardens. It feels like the hotel is deliberately set up to have minimal staff engagement. The key on your phone for the room and a separate one for the lift was a hassle. Too many clicks to open a door or get the lift moving. It was much better with a plastic key card.
