It would be great if Azumi recognize their frequent/repeat guest to make them feel valued for keep on choosing Azumi. Providing complimentary like late check out or room upgrade. Use of other amenities like laundry machine for 2 or more days staying. I was told that it's only for guests who did direct bookings :(.

Queen Room 路 2 Adult(s), 1 child(ren) 路 1 Nights

My family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place for us to relax & decompress from work stress. Check-in & check-out were quick & smooth. The hotel has an efficient system in place so no unnecessary waiting or paperwork. The staff were professional, and we even got an early check-in at 2PM instead of 3PM. The room was clean, organised, & well-equipped with spacious cabinets, complete toiletries, & a mini kitchen with a microwave, sink, two-door ref, plates, utensils, & glasses, which made reheating takeaway food convenient. The smart TV was a nice bonus, with access to YouTube & Disney+ using our own account. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty but manageable. We also enjoyed the pool & its great view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with complete & delicious options. My favorites were the waffles, salad, & taho. I only wish they offered plain rice in addition to garlic rice. All the staff were friendly & polite. Overall, we had a fun, comfortable stay & will definitely be back.
