APARTMENT ONE BEDROOM · 3 Adults · 12 Nights

The location was extremely convenient! A train station and tram stop were just a short walk away, and there was a bus stop right outside! It’s also just a stone’s throw from the Princess Theatre, which is great for when you’re watching the evening performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, always accepting our food orders for us and any packages we ordered during the duration of our stay. They would call to inform us of said deliveries, which was a nice touch! The staff also kept our bags safe and sound before check-in and after checkout. This allowed us peace of mind with leaving our bags behind and exploring! Although the room was actually quite dirty when we arrived, it was still quite liveable once we did some housekeeping of our own. The housekeeping provided did leave abit to be desired, but we made it work ultimately. The space felt comfortable by the end of the trip and it was spacious enough to accommodate all three of us. The kitchen and bathroom were nice enough and the beds were comfortable!
