Superior Twin Room · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

All the staff were nice, friendly, and respectful. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, there is no parking available for guests, as the parking spaces are allotted to resident tenants. Unfortunately, my room was extremely noisy, and I wasn't able to sleep the entire night. I could hear car horns, passing vehicles, and traffic noise, which made it a terrible experience. Getting a good night's sleep is important, and the noise significantly affected my stay. I hope that moving forward, the hotel can find ways to minimize the noise, especially for rooms facing the main road, or consider assigning quieter rooms to guests upon request. I appreciate the staff's kindness and hope that improvements can be made to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
