Always our first choice if we're visiting Birmingham, especially on a budget. Great little well equipped kitchenette with a decent sized fridge and ice box big enough for several frozen pre-made meals. We love the ability to load up a tray for breakfast and take it back up to the room, very convenient. The 24hr fresh coffee is a nice bonus too.

An excellent option for a stay in the city centre, close to the station. Would be awesome if all the lifts worked but that's a very minor comment, otherwise a pleasant stay.

1.5 hour early check in cost us £20, breakfast was very bland, no shower caps or any form of toiletry available in the room or front desk but on the bright side the hotel is close to new street station but surrounded with crack heads

Great place to stay, really nice fresh breakfast. Clean in all areas. Definitely recommend. Only thing i would suggest is to put nearest parking facilities on the site, not a negative but a suggestion.
