The location is pretty close to the Sapa Square and Sun Plaza which is very nice. Just need to walk down the hillside a little and you'll get there. The room is cute and the design is very minimalistic which is auite good. The only thing I didn't like was there was no signage where the reception is located, I had to look at each door to check the reception. Overall, this is a good place.

hotel location: Stay here if you want to be close to the action at Sun Plaza Sapa without being right in the noisy center, and if you don't mind a steep climb. service: If you are an independent traveler who doesn't mind using Google Translate for every interaction, the hotel is fine. However, don't expect a warm welcome or smooth communication. If you're looking for helpful, friendly service in English, you might want to look elsewhere in town.
