Quartos Palace · 2 Adults · 3 Nights

Overall loved the hotel. However we were a bit confused by the different breakfast arrangement every day at the hotel. Different groups of staff on duty at the restaurant during our 3 nights stay and they had different practices for breakfast and what to serve. The inconsistency was unexpected. Also, room service was only 6/10, tableware were missing, around 7euros per room service and that was disappointing. Housekeeping also missing some items here and there every day so we had to inform the front desk to bring them to the room. The hotel was not busy at all during our stay, therefore a bit let down by the housekeeping.
